🌱 2026 — The Year We Begin

  • Soft launch on February 27, 2026 — start sharing real resources, real stories, and real acts of kindness.

  • Build our first wave of support: fundraising, brand partnerships, and contracts with businesses and nonprofits offering affordable services.

  • If funding allows, roll out Care Coordination Services by summer.

  • End‑of‑year review to see if we can bring on 1–2 team members and expand into more care coordination and possibly brief counseling.

🌿 2027 — Growing Roots

  • Keep showing up: posting, promoting, and sharing resources that actually help people.

  • Strengthen and expand partnerships with brands and community organizations.

  • Apply for a business loan to support long‑term growth.

  • If the budget allows, hire 2–3 team members focused on accounting, care coordination, and expanding services.

🌴 2028 — Expanding Our Branches

  • Continue building our online presence and sharing meaningful, accessible resources.

  • Grow our brand and resource contracts even further.

  • Pay off the business loan and step confidently into the next phase.

  • If funding allows, hire 1–2 more team members — ideally a marketing/social media pro and an LPC — to widen our reach and deepen our services.

  • Begin laying the groundwork for launching your two nonprofits.

  • Establish a Care Coordinator in every southeastern state along with interns, creating a connected network of support across the region.

  • Build a strong foundation of Annual Financial Sponsors who believe in the mission and help sustain long‑term growth.

  • Continue strengthening partnerships, increasing accessibility, and creating a Southeast where no one has to navigate care alone.
